Drew's main areas of focus are Performance Training and Functional Movement. He completed a mentorship program at Athletes Performance in Arizona which earned him his FMS (Functional Movement Systems) Level 1 and is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA (NSCA-CPT). He believes strongly in the power of movement to build strength and reduce injury and loves sharing his knowledge with others.
