Poor service, response and follow up
Whirlpool uses Reid's to fix their appliances, and this company was not our choice. Whirlpool is a poor brand and 2 out of the 3 appliances (fridge and stove) we bought needed constant repairs just over a year of purchase. Reid's doesn't return when they indicate, do not respond to voicemails, and generally do not repair appliances, but make them worse. Our refrigerator now does not work at all, and they won't respond...said they would be back last week and no show. Kids get warm milk and cold food. Lesson learned - don't buy whirlpool and don't call Reids.
