I’ve been saved more times than I can count by City Wide towing London Ontario. My dear late mother had a history of chronic needs for toes ( early dementia) She even had them come when she didn’t need a tow , and she wasn’t charged . Wish I could put a 10 star rating to include moms as well . Stay safe in this terrible weather that will keep a lot of you away longer from loved ones . Stay warm and safe , thank you so very much ?
They damaged my car and wouldn't accept responsibility. Cost me few hundred dollars more to fix something that was completely irrelevant to the car being towed in first place. Stay away unless you want to pay for their lack of experience in towing cars
I hd a fantastic experience with City Wide Towing last night! The service could NOT have been any better! The guy whose name I didn't catch was determined to get my car going so he wouldn't have to tow me which I didn't expect! That really impressed me! He was so kind and funny, too! He tried several different things to no avail but I so appreciated his time and efforts!! $60 for a tow is very reasonable and he showed up sooner than he said he would - within 20 minutes which was great!!
While venturing home during a severe February snowstorm my vehicle slid off the road. Unable to drive it and still not home, I saw a City Wide operator in the vicinity and asked for his help. Ian readily and kindly towed our vehicle home for us. He 'saved the day' in the midst of the storm and we greatly appreciated how pleasant and helpful he was. City Wide is certainly a good neighbor! - thank you Ian.

Last week I locked my keys in my car in the bitter cold... I had no money and my friend called city wide towing... They couldn't take credit card over the phone... But they still came and helped... Ian was there in 15 minutes... He helped me out so much... They have the biggest hearts there... I would recommend them to everyone
My car suddenly died at an intersection - battery wasn't charging. I called the dealership and they dispatched City Wide to come and tow me. I was on the way to the kennel so my lab was in the car. Ian arrived in 15 minutes and patiently waited while my husband was on route to pick up the dog. I have had a couple of experiences with tow trucks before and never before have I been treated so politely and rode in such a clean truck. I was pleasantly surprised. He even made sure he opened the door for me. Best Service I have ever experienced. Thanks so very much.
early Sunday morning and I have a dead battery. I called City Wide and within 15 minutes they were here and had the car started. I believe the guy's name was Dave - really nice guy. Would highly recommend and will be calling them again if I need help.
My radiator blew and they were there within 30 mins I had to go to work so they drove me from the west end of London all the way to veterans and gore to my mechanics and drop me off at work (only a block away from each other) and it was only $40. Defenitely the company I call for now on!
After a small accident, I needed assistance, my car had to be towed to a bodyshop. After calling City Wide Towing, a professional, courteous driver was on scene very quickly and had me and my car to a body shop in half an hour! Great, fast service, and piece of mind after an accident! Great job!
