Kwiq Koat Quality Painting Service London

Bought our house a few years ago and the person we bought it from used this painting service. We could see the painting was bad, but didn’t realize the full extent of how terrible it was until we started to paint again. We took down some shelving in the kitchen, and half the paint behind them came with it, and then realized that it hadn’t been primed! We ended up having to re-dry wall our kitchen! Paint was all over the base boards and ceiling. No kicks were filled in, and lots of paint drips.

Nice enough people. But the job was poor and not completed on time. Rough job on the ceiling and walls. Had to call them back a few times for lousy job. They then tried to charge me more money to complete the job properly. I refused. I felt totally ripped off. From what I can see the reviews have similar experiences.

Nice people but the job dragged on and I was unhappy with a few things. Ceilings aren't the best. Floors look like hell. There were some painted rooms that I was happy with, but we should have done it ourselves. It was better to just pay, be done with it and have no hard feelings. It is awkward to get along with people but to end up unhappy with the work. What do you say? What's done is done. That was my experience.

I have dealt With KWIQ KOAT for a couple of years. They have always been very professional and curtious when dealing with them. The owner has done more then asked and has not charged extra. After any work has been done they go around to do an inspection and if something is wrong it is fixed right away. I would recommend them and have recommended them to many people with great results.

Provided terrible...

Provided terrible paint job and even worse customer service. There were streaks all over the walls, baseboards that were left unpainted and walls left untouched. When called they would not return to view the work and refused to make things right. The owner used profanity when speaking with me via email. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
