    We flew an important guest speaker to London and needed to bring her to Chatham which is over an hours drive. The driver was beyond accommodating and curteous and left her with an amazing impression of our community. I will be sending an email of thanks with more details to your company!

    Terrible service from their dispatchers. Extremely rude. I am in need of finding my lost wallet and not only are they unsympathetic with you they will straight out hang up on you after you have used their services. I have yet to receive answers from this dispatcher who is refusing to give me information regarding my lost wallet.

    Just ordered a cab from downtown to Oakridge maybe a 10 minute drive. Best route Queens to Riverside (West) however cab started going north to Oxford. I asked Driver where he was going he replied he wanted to avoid traffic at Victoria Park but the proceeded to drive right into all the heavy traffic. Sat for 10 minutes and $12 for this “faster route “ Terrible.

    I lost my wallet then the company called me to notify me that theyfound my wallet, I was so happy and thankful for this, whenever I call them they are on time and courteous.

    Worst dispatchers...

    Worst dispatchers of all time... Rude, ignorant and extremely uncooperative.. The company needs to appoint staff that is more polite and concerned towards increasing bussines... At the moment your current dispatchers are taking its reputation down the hill

    From someone who taxis almost daily this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. 3 calls to dispatchers , 1 to a supervisor and over an hour later there is still no taxi here. I will never use any taxi company expect for london taxi again

    extremely poor service

    Dispatch representatives extremely rude, Perceive themselves to be knowledgeable of location , rush you off the phone, constantly calling them back only to find out they can't even spell a street name properly. waited over 3 hours for a cab on one of London;s major street, each time I called in to find out where the cab , they state 2 minutes away. The drivers are okay, but their office staff and dispatchers need some serious customer service and literacy skills - or their job needs to be given to someone who cares about business, After 20 years of being a paying customer, maybe spending $250 per month I will never use u-need-a-CAB !!
