friendly staff, always helpful. Have mask trial option so you can try before buying since there are no returns. You buy knowing you get the right mask.

We purchased a machine with this company and found the person we dealt with was not very helpful at all. We we never told before we purchased the mask that they had trial masks available and so we got a mask that was too small also the person never showed us how to use the machine we had to figure it out ourself. We went back to get a heated hose and to get a bigger mask well that is when she told us that we could do a trial with it and of course again no show on the machine with the heated hose
