In the 1990s, due to the large number of Chinese settlers in North America, the church was built springing up, lay leaders eager to attend after work to Chinese mainstream theology courses, so in 1990, in cooperation with the Alliance Bible Seminary Alumni Katong President, Canadian Centre set up road construction, college lecturer Huang Shuo then went to dispatch regular distance and extension courses, and seminars, to provide basic theological education for Canada and China believers.By the end of 2095, Mr. Huang decided to return to Hong Kong Alliance Bible Seminary full time coach, resigned from the post of Director.
