Costco Wholesale General Store

Extremely frustrated. I ordered a case of Celsius this morning. Damaged and leaking. I was refunded and ordered a replacement. Same thing. Someone at Costco cut into the cans while removing packaging.

Went to Costco Laird drive today to inquire about purchasing a membership . The greeter at the frontier directed me to the membership desk and advised that they will give me a pass to look at the store so that I can decide if I want to purchase the membership. Stood in line for 30 mins and was served Faryal whose main interest was to sell me executive card cos regular card was a cheap card Refused to let me take a look despite what being told yes Manager Reem totally had an attitude . Horrible

Excellent store. Staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Usually always a lineup but they know how to move people through. Staff in returns is also very good. Some people see experiences differently but all of mine have been very positive!

This is the worst Costco location I ever been . One year ago ,I took my 3 month old boy to this location .after I finished shopping ,showed the people my receipt and stuff in the cart .one of them was asking me to open my backpack.I wasn’t happy about this.but I still opened the backpack to let him have a look .feel a little insulted.it never happened in other location .today ,I was standing in the asile a lady is yelling at me you can’t stand behind de cashier.i was saying where is the sign ?!

the pharmacy customer service is so poor, phone rang out no one answered, they only hired their type some on them don't even know the medical term of the drugs, not sure if they all qualify to do the prescription, labour board should step in, one of my buddies got the wrong drugs, they gave her someone else drug, good thing she checked, make sure you check what they give to you. horrible service

the costco tire section never picks up the phone. i have tried calling them number of times but they never pick up the phone. this happened yesterday and today on October 25th and 26th. i will keep trying and comment again. they have no answering machine so there is no way you can leave a message for them to call them. I think they realize that they are going big so they dont care. This happened at Laird road store. Costco in general has very poor customer service
