I had my wedding at Crystal Grand and it was amazing !! The staff was so accommodating and easy to work with, my guests loved the food and the hall is just stunning ! I was pleasantly surprised with this hall. I was a guest at my friends wedding and was expecting a simple room with blend banquet hall food, but this was anything but those things. The food tasted fresh and flavourful, and the hall was adorned with crystal chandeliers with this big, beautiful one in the centre and the service was good too. I am definitely keeping this place in mind for future events!
First time hosting my event at this event venue. Very good at what they do. Food and service are excellent. Crystal Grand brings a fresh approach to the event industry. The venue itself is well laid out, kitchen in the middle of two gorgeous event halls depending on the size of your group. We had the smaller one, it was as if we had a private venue, my guests did not even know a huge wedding was under the same roof. Always recommend Crystal Grand in Mississauga!!
The food is excellent here and the service is even better !! Organizing an event at this facility is a dream as the owners are very organized, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to please you. I have not come across a banquet hall like this before. A real gem !!
My husband and I hosted our daughters baptism there in June 2014. Do not be deceived by the look of the outside as the inside is quite nice. The hall is grand with a beautiful chandelier centering the dance floor. The design of the hall and the bar are nice as well. Karen is the person who helped me throw my party for appox. 150 people including kids and thanks to him there were no hiccups along the way. He was very professional and reassuring that everything will go as planned and it did. The decor was exactly the way I requested( as I let them set up my center pieces) and upon arrival info the hall I was very pleased to see everything looking stunning. Karen was there to deal with a few minor issues that piped up during my party and overall the event was well liked by all. I ordered the band that regularly performs there and they too were good. The band aimed to please just tell them in advance exactly what kind of pace you would like your music to go, as I wanted it to be quicker but waited some time to tell them. The food was good. I was happy with the choice of antipasto then a main and dessert. Served promptly for all the guests at the same time. I had an open bar and had one bartender there but my guests were too quick for him;) so Karen jumped behind the bar to help, after that all went well and drinks were flowing quickly. I would definitely recommend this hall, the food, and the service to my closest family to use in the future. Hope this review helped;)
