need alignment. Guys puts in on the hoist, takes it off, charges me 115$ for it tell me he cant align the caster. tell me he needs a bolt. doe snot call while the car is on the hoist. Tell me extra alignment fee if i want it aligned. Camber, out of range, says those are not adjustable. duh! something is bent, does he look to tell me. Now just need to pay a second alignment fee. I wouldnt trust him, clearly not qualified, nor equipped to do alignments. More like a scam, in my opinion
I thought I'd give these guys a good word. They always make the repair or tire replacement/switch a painless event. Prices are fair and work is always done well.
One of the four tires I had bought from them was defective.Without checking the tires, balance, or test drive . Owner made me go to the store, where I had bought the rims, suggesting that the rims are bad, When one of his workers tried to check the balance I could see the tire wobble. After some argument I got him to change the tire ,not before warning from him that he would not do anything further. I am paying for the service, I don't need the extreme rudeness and disregard to customer service
