Worst experience ever renting a vehicle at the Thrifty car rental in Newmarket at 16 Wilstead Dr.. They did not even have the licence plate updated. And charged an enormous damage deposit. As soon as we noticed that the licence plate had expired, we return the vehicle and ordered one immediately from another company... totally different and positive service. Do NOT use this company!
