Horrible experience at this store. The store clerks were extremely rude and judgey. My mother and I saw a gorgeous dress from the window and decided to check it out and perhaps purchase it. They told me that none of the dresses would fit because I was too small and that I had to be extremely serious in buying the dress to try it on. I Love this store!!! I get nothing but amazing compliments on my outfits purchased from this store. I find the sales-personnel very helpful, experienced and fun. If you are looking for a unique look for a special occasion or just a classic look for everyday Valleverde is the Best place to find it.

I had a terrible ...

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this store. While searching for a summer wedding dress I asked the sales lady to try on one that caught my eye. She told me, "Unless you are serious about buying the dress, you cannot try it on because we do not like the dresses to wear and tear" in an extremely rude tone. I was taken aback by the hostility I received instantaneously. It was terribly judgemental, pretentious and impolite. Would not recommend this store for customer service.
