Auto Island is the underrated dealership in North York and should be praised for Customer Service as well as plenty of vehicles to choose from and great mechanics who do fabulous work for safety. Financing is easy to do and warranties that are purchased are 3x the coverage for half the cost of other dealerships. I would give them 10 stars if I could

I have brought my vehicle in (that I bought in June of this year) FOUR TIMES already with the engine light on. They have yet to be able to figure out what the issue is. They have returned it “repaired” each time and within minimal KMs the light reappears. Not only that, they sold me a vehicle that clearly has not actually passed safety as the alignment is VISIBLY OFF. The front tires are already bald after a month of being on the road and one tires steel belt is exposed and visible. disgusting.

I bought a 2008 Tucson here after my old car suffered a sudden death. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The website is well put together and easy to use, resulting in me being able to cut down to 3 vehicles in stock, and an easy hassle-free test drive of each. Settled on a great deal with low mileage, and they even took the old junker away on trade. In the new car for 2 months now, and so far I'm very pleased! A+++++

One of the nicest guys I've met! Massoud took care of our company's vehicle needs. We bought 3 cars from him at a great price. Cars run great and he sold them to us at a great price! Very easy going company to do business with, I also get my vehicles serviced at his shop as well. I highly recommend these guys!!

This was the most honest mechanic I've been too. The owner Massoud is very nice and trustworthy. I will only service my car at Auto Island. If you're looking for an honest mechanic (which is rare) this is the place to go!
