Lacking in Post Transaction Customer Service

Dealing with this Firm during a Real Estate Transaction was fine, but it seems there's a lack of effort in the post transaction Customer Service. After the deals are finalised this Firm's policy forces one to have to pick up your own cheque, they will not mail out their clients cheques much less courrier the cheque. After 8-years in Real Estate I find this very inconvenient and showing a lack to want to accomodate their clients. When I spoke to Mr. Martinello himself and informed him that all other firms will mail or courrier cheques, his response was "I don't Care". Very Unprofessional!
