    Professional and excellent service. Couldn't be happier. We have been with this company for just over a year and have never had an issue with the monitoring or app we use with it. Highly recommend!

    Couldn't cancel unreliable service.

    Alliance has been charging us a monthly fee for a monitoring service that hasn't worked reliably for 6 of the past 8 months. We cancelled the service over 4 months ago (Oct 4) because of this and they continue to charge us. The owner has responded with angry emails that blame us for the matter. I want to escape this company, its been a pretty horrible experience. I've filed a BBB complain on this matter as well.

    Mr. Houston I would agree if a client gets upset if their security system malfunctions and we can't find the issue causing the problem or refuse to service it or do not acknowledge a problem and continue to bill them anyway. That would be just cause to launch a BBB complaint, bad Google review and a bad Facebook review as you have. But when you are told what the issue is (cheap alternative phone service) and do not want to resolve the issue you should not be allowed to then make false statements
