Fabricland

Just shopped on line and then with a sales person to confirm order. it was a great experience. She was very helpful, well informed and pleasant. Definitely recommend shopping on line or at store once it reopens. again congrats fabric land - Walkley Road team.

Last week I was at Fabricland with my daughter and I go to Fabricland just about every month and lately it has been every month. Last week we had a bad experience in the store and I am thinking about going elsewhere. The store has gone down hill lately since Janet and other ladies no longer work there. I had a bad experience last week with a customer (2 to be exact) and I never had that kind of treatment before ever and I really am very hesitant to go back on Walkleys Fabricland.

The ladies in the store are helpful and patient. There are many questions to be answered before one cuts the cloth! Deals can be found too. Although there could always be more staff on the floor to help relieve pressure during busy times, the ladies in fabricland do a really great job and they know a lot about sewing. It's a good thing when a novice like me goes in with lots of enquires. I'm now a member again. Thank you again ladies.
