    Horrific customer service. The sales associate provided the wrong product and when the mistake was realized, they refused to exchange or provide a refund.

    Hi, we were dealing with a very nice lady her name was Morgan and she give us some great help, but we went back in today and there was a young fellow working 2012 12 03 and he was rude to my friend and would not help just because he did not help us he could not help my phone plastic piece came off and fell and he was no help at all wear is the nice people he was rude. Thanks.
