Mr. Not so proffessional
First, let me start by saying i have never written a review on a company as i am usually satisified and if im not the contractor has always been more than willing to make sure i was. You want a job done right dont call this company... I have never been more frustrated with someone who calls themself a proffessional yet does such faulty work. I called this company out in december to replace my eavestroughs. Within 2 hours of the job being done it rained. Guess what, they started to leak. I called the owner back and he advised it must of not been cocked properly and that he would come in a week to repair. Never recieved 1 call from him. It took 3 weeks before he came back after my husband and i continuously called him and left numerous messages for him. He showed up when neither one of us was home, placed a glob of cocking inside and left. Now i get home that evening, its raining and guess what its still leaking. We finally get a hold of him and my husband advises him that its still leaking and the slant of the eavestoughs is wrong as water is sitting in the eavestroughs and not making its way down. He advised he noticed that and he would try and make it out soon to repair. Now imagine my husband didnt call, this guy shows up knowing the job wasnt done right but decides not to fix it. At this point were thinking he must love hearing from us or this man really doesnt know what the heckl hes doing. To this day, we are still unable to reach him. He screens all his called. He lets them go to his vm, so if he doesnt pick up the first time, let that be a warning. This man is far from being proffesional and customer service is far off his radar. If you want a job done right call someone else. If i have to call someone else to do his job right, trust me save your time and money.... Take a look at the pics, they say a thousand words!
