My rabbit died as a result of misdiagnosis of the doctor. The female doctor who was practicing as an exotic pet vet took her in, examined her, and said that she was perfectly fine with only a mild gut movement issue. I asked her to go ahead with an anesthesia and dental exam just to be sure. She did the exam and diagnosed that the rabbit's mouth was clean with no ulcers or spurs. My rabbit died on the following day. Clinic is unapologetic despite their misdiagnosis and causing my pet's death.
Thank you Millennium City for always going above and beyond! Always so caring and helpful, I would never take my pets anywhere else. I highly recommend this practice to everyone I know, you guys are the very best.
Having had pets my whole life I've used the services of more than my share or Veterinary offices. Millennium City is by far the best I've ever come across! Dr Sawyer is extremely knowledgeable, very compassionate, and easy to talk to. Her associates can be equally praised! I can't recommend them highly enough!
Not only are the vets wonderful but the office staff are the best I've seen. Wonderful, compassionate people! Can't say enough about the professional office staff.
They looked after my guinea pig when no one else in the city would. Squeezed Me in to a last minute appointment.
The staff there were really friendly, as was Dr. Sawyer who was really knowledgeable as well.
Cost was really low as well, considering what had to be done.
