I'm not impressed with what I was charged in the end. I made an effort to streamline things for this company by doing all the leg work. That included creating folders online, taking pictures, and making calls to tell her I had sent her an email or a simple verbal update.
I was charged for all MY efforts to make her life easier. I also got charged for a phone call she received that had nothing to do with the case. I can't recommend this service.
