I saw Dr. Levan as Dr. Elmalem was away. Dr. Levan was excellent in every way: very polite and made me feel at ease. I have seen Dr. Elmalem for the last three years and he is also excellent. The staff have always been polite and helpful. As I have a mobility problem, they brought the form to fill in to me and picked it up so that I wouldn't have to get up. In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time.
