Rick's Snow Removal

If there was a way to give a “0” rating I would. However, I am forced to give a 1 star, which they do not deserve. My husband and I are very often having to shovel the snow ourselves because the service is very slow and unreliable. If there is more than 5 cm of snow, your driveway will not be cleared until 9 pm. If you call to get an update on when the snow will be removed, you will either get a voicemail or a ride and obnoxious woman who will tell you “they are on their way”. Waste of money!
