HORIBLE customer service. Owner uses vulgar language with customers and is very unprofessional. Would not suggest wasting your money with this company

THIS IS A MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I never write reviews like this but after this experience people deserve to hear how Outlet Tags treats their customers. At the start of summer, I purchased a tent from Outlet Tags for my startup clothing line. I received the tent about 2-3 weeks later which was fine with me until I opened up the tent to see that they printed my graphics COMPLETELY WRONG!!! My logo is bright orange and the tent had a deep red color. This is not

Mohammad Al-Karao...

Mohammad Al-Karaouni and Johnny from All Hour Signs purposely made a defective custom canopy for me and began to use vulgar language when I requested a refund. Worst experience ever. They are unprofessional and do not treat their customers appropriately.
