Sales person, Askaf, lied to me, menaced me, told my husband I was a liar re: my piece did have an original mount, actually he told my husband that I was a liar which my husband corrected. He also said "if I wasn't behind the counter I'd..." which is menacing, seriously, something not right at this store. , so ASKAF flat out lied AND TOLD ME I am reporting Askaf, for both.

Shoddy workmanship

My wife brought a silver bracelet and pendant to this kiosk for repair. The "Custom work" was amateurish at best. The stone of the pendant was placed in a "custom made setting" but was very poorly done. When asked what happened to the original setting the kiosk employee claimed there was no original setting. He then called my wife a liar. Steer clear of these amateurs!
