Great clinic with all services medical

Absolutely terrible customer service from the front desk - combative, rude, not friendly. Extreme difficulty getting in to see your doctor. Reception staff takes an extensive amount of time to get back to you. Everything having to do with this practice was a struggle.

I have been coming to this clinic for a couple of years now. I have been see by my doctor or other doctors in the clinic when my Dr is away. Never had trouble getting an appointment especially when I'm sick. Staff is great very accommadating. Keep up the good work GSH!

It took 2 days for them to call me back to book an appointment. Don't bother filling the online booking form, they don't reply to that either. Dr Gradinger is on maternity leave and her replacement only works 2 days a week. There's only 1 other doctor working and it will take 2 weeks to see a doctor! Totally unacceptable when you're sick. I just left her practice because the most important thing about a doctor is being able to see him/her when you're sick!
