HORRIBLE SERVICE_ DO NOT FALL! they overcharged us $3,000 dollars and we have been chasing them for 3 months to pay us back. Apparently their systems are faulty and no one can refund the money. Canadian business bureau will have somthing to say!. They also did not confirm our tickets until 2 days before the flights, they keep all payments in their systems and not issue the purchases out to the customer Worse part of it now is that they are asking us, the client to tell them how much is owed
