The worst experience. Unprofessional, rude and cleatly incompetent. They forgot about meetings, misplaced files and confidential information, bank transaction not handled properly, misinformed about balance and monies owing...The list goes on. I've been buying and selling homes for 20 years and never ever had to deal with such incompetent people. I only dealt with Denise as she was referred by a real estate agent. Extremely disappointed. They made a huge mess.
