Was treated extremely poorly by one particularly loud waitress and told to 'leave our relationship at the door' only after they made sure the bill was paid. Extremely homophobic attitude as they asked couples 'not to sit beside one another because there were children' as if to suggest we do nothing but inappropriate acts in public. Owner defended his rude waitress. Will not be returning there. This kind of attitude should not be tolerated in Canada in 2013.
The clubhouse is a classic made with real (not processed)turkey. We have it at least once a week. We find the bacon a little too crispy for our taste, so if you share that preference be sure to tell the wait staff that you prefer it a little less than well done. It's a real throwback with excellent service.

A family restaurant - catering to the taste buds of the older clientele. Simple dishes. Hamburgers are great as are the steaks. Wednesday night "Greek" bean soup is a must. Unfortunately nothing spicy.
This is the place to go for breakfast though. Friendly and fast service and large breakfast plates. I highly recomment the Farmer's Omelet.
