The guy may or may not be talented, his parts may or may not be good, but he sure isn't good at customer service or building relationships with customers. He made me feel that because i wasn't there for fancy parts or a custom bike, i wasn't worth his time... he did not care whether the part he sold me worked, or whether i was satisfied with the experience in his shop. To me customer service doesn't get much worse than this
