Poor service
Let me start off with the positives. The photo shoot itself was pleasant and satisfactory with Cameron and Henna if you don't mind having a photo shoot in their living room versus a professional studio. They also have an adorable little girl. This was our family's 3rd annual Christmas photo shoot and I bought a wagjag voucher for Froz'n Motion Photography services. I got my photos and edits from previous photography places in less than 4 weeks (in time for Christmas). With Froz'n Motion Photography, it took over 3 months to get my photos and edits and they were unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, my husband and I were very disappointed in the edits. We preferred the originals instead! We are asian and they changed our skin tone so it looked more pale to the point of being greyish and the background was darkened so our black hair just blended into the black background. When we expressed our disappointment, all Henna said was "Have a nice day!" We could not believe after months of waiting that we wasted our time and they did not even bother to rectify the edits. We notice that Froz'n Motion Photography has sold another 600 recent vouchers through Groupon. So it is our conclusion that Froz'n Motion Photography is more concern about volume of their business than the quality of it. This was our worse experience with a professional photo shoot service.
