These people are impossible to do business with. We live 4 hours away so we made a deal over the telephone. We were waiting for them to safety the car and have it ready for pick up before traveling via train. They assured us it was a done deal, that we could pick up on Friday (tomorrow) and that they would pick us up at the train station.
