It was a difficult process to go through and understand but with the help of their staff I was able to understand and got to keep my car. I now have my vehicle back and am happy with the repairs that were completed. I needed a new back left side of my car and had to have the components in the truck taken out and put back in. Do not take your car here. These guys will scam you. They use inferior parts and rip you off. They are scammers. They lie, they are the worst. Take your car to where your dealership recommends.
These guys did an amazing job going above and beyond to deliver an excellent experience. Special shout out to Richard who dropped off the rental car at my door, and made the best out of a very stressful situation. They are experts in dealing with everything that comes after the accident
My Volkswagen beetle car had an accident not far from the National collision centre autobody shop, and it was towed over there. I was of course in shock as folks are after an accident, but the tow persons (Mike and Steve) who worked for the National collision centre could not have been more helpful. I was given a rental car, and told that my car would be fixed with genuine volkswagen parts. When my car was fixed, they even delivered it to my home!! I dont live close. Service was excellent.
I got into a car accident 3 weeks ago i was recommend by a friend to come to the shop honestly the best service , and work ive seen im so happy i listened the shop was so helpfull with this whole mess they even fixed a bumper that was horribly painted when i got into a prior car accident by a "insurance recommended body shop " what a joke that turned to be hands down if i ever get into another one i will be heading down there to see johnny

Got recommended to come to national auto collision when I was involved in an accident with my Porsche I was can’t Concerned with bringing it to a random shop but let me just say I am more then pleased with the job done and would recommend anyone who wants a proper job done on theyre vehicle to go too national auto collision especially if you own a higher end vehicle the work is nothing less then professional I hope I never get involved in an accident again but if I do I will definitely go back
I would strongly recommend you stay away from this place they are horrible they painted my car like a teenager so unprofessional and when I went back to them they didn’t want to do anything with it they just said go back to your insurance Don not go stay away
I recently had the unfortunate need to seek out a body shop. You hear so many stories in the media and from family and friends that I was skeptical. I had read the reviews and you can't make everyone happy so I left the vehicle in their care. I was in disbelief when John told me about the damage to my vehicle but upon meeting him I was reassured. I was very impressed with the team at this shop, very responsiveness, professional and fast! I was recently in a car accident. That just plain sucks right there. I found this company on the internet to be quick, easy, and painless to get my car fixed back up again. I was super impressed with the work that they did. Highly Recommend.

They were phenomenal with the whole process they helped me throughout the whole thing the work was amazing if you get into an accident or even a bender fender go down to these guys ! There employees were some what nice but could never give a direct answer. At the end of the day there is a lot of HIDDEN FEES and fine print you should be reading over before you deiced to work with theses guys. Ultimately National Collision center was hard for my insurance to work with - they gave them a hard time when appraise the car and wouldn't let us take the car out. They make you sign a work order right on the spot - its all just a money grab.
National Collision Center Took advantage of me when I was in an accident because they wanted my car a write off. Thank so much for the headache and taking my money. Students, Women and Vulnerable people be aware! Being up front and honest is good customer service not tricking people.
National Collision went above and beyond what I could ever expect from an auto body shop. They were so knowledgeable, helpful and accomodating making a stressful situation much easier to cope with. Not only did my vehicle look absolutely amazing after they fixed it, they delivered it right to me! I would highly recommend this small family run business for any big or small repair that you may have.
