Welcome to Roncy Village Veterinary Clinic! Located at 215 Roncesvalles Avenue in the heart of Roncesvalles Village, we are a small animal veterinary hospital serving Toronto's West End. We provide routine preventative care, early detection and treatment of disease, medical, surgical and dental care, grooming, and short term boarding. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Providing more than just care for your pet, as a group we give back to our community by working with pet shelters and rescue agencies to facilitate medical and surgical care for pets in need, as well as sheltering and treating pets who need a new home. We also host frequent community events that help to educate adult pet owners, and encourage children to take part in their pet's health care. As the resident pet writer for the SNAP Newspaper Group, Dr. Kinghorn writes monthly columns about pet health care that appear in SNAP Newspapers across Canada. He also writes a monthly Petcetera column for SNAP Bloor West that takes a light-hearted look at pet ownership along with puzzles and trivia for all ages to enjoy. I recently moved into the Roncesvalles area and was looking for a new vet clinic. I walk my dog in High Park and asked a couple other dog owners and several referred me to Roncy Village Vet Clinic. When I walked in with my dog just to check it out I was greeted by possibly the happiest receptionist ever. She immediately had another very friendly and knowledgable staff member give me a tour. This clinic is brand new, clean, bright and state of the art. They are 1 of 2 clinics in all of Toronto that offer a "Lap spay". Dr. Mark came right out of his office to shake my hand and welcome me to the neighbourhood. I booked my dogs annual vacines for the following day and am so glad to have found this clinic. They are truly genuine animal lovers and hugely involved in the community. I love them.
