Completely professional care

I had a tremendous fall and after xrays in the hospital, a visit to my doctor and examination there, I went to TD to have an ultrasound done to make certain every angle of my knee had been explored. The pain level was excruciating and the tech made sure I moved at my own pace so as not to aggravate anything and did all she could to couch the limb for comfort. I am writing this because I was treated so well. I made it to the office 5 minutes early and as I as taking my coat off, was called in by the Tech. I had to call them this morning to request my x-rays be put on a disc to take to a specialist and was told that would be done immediately and to come by at my own convenience. I won't hesitate to go back to this diagnostics centre for my bone scans and mammograms later in the year. Hopefully not for another tumble!

This place doesn't even deserve one star...

Worst experience ever. First appointment my husband and I arrived on time and had to wait almost an hour before I was seen... Second appointment (middle of winter btw) they called me to come in 2 hours earlier so the staff can get everything done sooner so they can go home and beat the bad weather. I was okay with that until we got there...We arrive to a full waiting room which immediately sent off the red flags because this only meant more waiting. We got there ON TIME and again we had to wait 40 minutes! Not to mention we drove through a storm to get there earlier for them! They decided to cram everyone in in a short period of time so THEY can go home early and beat the bad weather...So here we are already in a bad mood because of their poor organization skills, I go in to the room to have my ultrasound and the woman took absolutely horrible 3D pictures of our baby and put no effort into it because my husband and I complained about how they run their business. She was incredibly rude, selfish, and extremely unprofessional. They charged us 100$ for "pictures", and they gave us unrecognizable pictures. Terrible quality for what we paid for. This was supposed to be an amazing experience and this whole team ruined it for my husband and I. These people are extremely unprofessional and they are THIEVES! We paid 100$ for them to give us the gender and a few TERRIBLE pictures. To everyone out there, ask your doctor to refer you to a different ultrasound clinic because Trenton Diagnostics will provide you with only with a terrible experience.
