Excellent and knowledgeable service by a pleasant and helpful staff, especially Molly. They replaced my pool cover at no cost when the manufacturer would not honor the warranty/ snd they fid it quickly with s smile!
Not pleased. I was promised dates and times for calls and visits to look at my hot tub and all were missed. The rep. I spoke with each time sounded interested in my business, but did not call me when promised nor did they attend at my house on either day suggested. I will definitely be going somewhere else for support.
I regret going with this company. Do your homework before you commit to this location. I though Margaret was annoying. The staff doesn't know anything about pool.
Up to this year I would have rated Blue Water pools as 4+ stars (I have been going there since I first installed my pool 18 years ago) but I had a bad customer experience and will not return. I bought a new solar cover there in June and experienced problems with the cover (most of the air was out of the cover) and it sank. They blamed the sun and refused to honour the warranty, I am not one to make a scene so I left and will never return. Their loss.
Very accommodating to me and my family. Margaret is very helpful and knowledgeable and I trust her.
We purchased a new hot tub from Bluewater this summer. After waiting while our deck was rebuilt, we finally got it home, connected and filled, and discovered a leak. The next day their tech guy came out and said we had a crack but he could fix it. With all the money we spent, we didn't want a "fixed" one. We called into the store, explained what was going on and once they had confirmed it with the tech, they ordered a new one no further questions asked. Great customer service!!
I've been going to Bluewater for the past three summers, mainly because it is the closest pool store to my house. I've only found one person at the store who truly knows about pools and pool equipment. She sits at a desk at the back of the store. If you need any specific help or advice, she'd be the one to see. The rest of the staff is young and pleasant but obviously were hired as 'summer help'. Last week, I had to wait at the checkout while the cashier continued her personal phone call and they are more interested in flirting with each other than in the customers. It's a good place to go if you know exactly what you want/need but not great for the newbie pool owner with a lot of questions.
This store has such a huge selection of pool supplies and equipment. They have a large helpful staff to help make the most of your visit. They are conveniently located, have a huge parking lot, and experienced staff.
