    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They ruined a family ere loom took no responsibility and passed the blame to the factory they send there laundering too. MENE's they were no better. Insulted us by offer us $30 for our trouble did not understand the sentimental value and called it old. We have passed this beautiful gown 3 generations and it stops NOW as it is not even wearable. At the same time we were in with our issue another customer came in with an alteration complaint. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
