Without Prejudice: Terrible Board of Directors: they caused us to loose huge amount of money with their extreemly poor management skills. The Board acted with us in an inhuman maner to achieve their personal goals. This place is to be avoided at all cost.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Water is always getting turned off and there’s always construction going on. So much noise. Also constant unannounced unit visits.

The people are friendly BUT that doesn't make up for not having hot water to shower with in the morning - almost ALL winter long. I pay $1000/month in rent and live like our ancestors did. Shame on the Condo owners for thinking this is an acceptable way to live. Cold water to wash with is not worth the view.
