Déménagement Olympique

Very sketchy company. 3 movers came and one of them, an older guy, was doing nothing but complaining about his back and stuff like that. On top of it, on the phone they offered free transportation if the move happened in 3 hours or less but when the time came to pay, the old useless guy claimed that it wasnt true and laughed at my face. Avoid these guys at all cost. They will rip you off and give you a bad service.

En retard, service lent, employé qui déplace une boîte à la fois, (même si un employé compétent essaie de compenser... ce n’est pas assez), le déménagement d’un 3et demi qui m’a coûté le plus cher de toute ma vie. Même le répartiteur trouvait la situation inacceptable, mais ne peut rien faire d’autre que me charger la totalité du déménagement. Extrêmement décevant.

Le pire déménagement de ma vie ! Je nai jamais vu ça...à 2 au lieu de 3 sans préavis ! parce que l autre gars est dans le trafic... Sérieusement ? Service à la clientèle déplorable, équipe inutile et désagréable, contacts au téléphone agressif et sans écoute, et prix exorbitants pour le service rendu... Vraiment, ne faites pas appel à eux si vous avez besoin de personnes compétentes... Une chose est sûre, je vais longtemps me souvenir de cet horrible déménagement...

Je suis très satisfaite du service rendu par l’équipe de Roger et Quincy. Ils sont arrivés à l’heure convenue et ont été rapides et efficaces. Ils se sont comportés avec une extrême courtoisie, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Very professional service. The moving team arrived on time and took very well care of my furniture. They were very efficient with their time and the estimate was accurate and precise. I also had many delicate items and they handled them all with care and ease. I would definitely use Panneton again for all my future moving needs.

We really liked their services. We had a small move that was on the 3rd floor and these guys went at it without a break. I am so satisfied that I had to write about it, thanks PP.

J'ai déménagé le 30 juin. Semblerait-il qu'elle n'était pas occupée pour eux car ils ont pris 6 h 30 pour déménager un 2 chambres, un seul électro, à 3 gars, situé à 10 minutes de route. Je dois ajouter que 4 amis supp m'aidaient. Lorsque je me plaignais des pauses, du travail beaucoup trop lent, le chef devenait de mauvaise foi. Ils ont arrêté 1 h de temps et menti par la suite. Et lorsque j'appelais la cie, ils semblaient être aussi de mauvaise foi. Facture totale 1270$. Catastrophe.

Une amie a fait la terrible erreur de choisir cette compagnie - qui est arrivée très en retard ; s'est montrée grossière avec nous et a menacé de tout annuler si on n'était pas content du retard; l'équipe de déménageurs semblait improviser le travail ; sans vigilance de notre part, les meubles partaient pour la mauvaise ville !!- même si l'adresse indiquée que contrat était la bonne ; une centaine de $ supplémentaires ont été exigés sans préavis à la fin de la journée ; un meuble est disparu!!

I on't know what other are talking about but I have used them often and I find that their services compared to others are by far the best!

The four man the company has sent were reliable, efficient, courteous, helpful in many details, and in spite of the difficult circumstances - three and a half floors without elevator - the work was finished very fast.

I was moving my apartment staff from 6th to my new home. They packed all the things for me and I did not have any problem. move was in time,

It's a good and trusted moving company since many years, please stop the spam on the business account.

Horrible service!...

Horrible service! they were supposed to show up at 8am, but ended up arriving after 6pm. Was fed story after story until they showed up. The agreed upon price changed, they broke my furniture. Find someone else to move you.

Do Not Use Panneton & Panneton, HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Moved over a month ago, they damaged many pieces, and they have not repaired or provided any compensation! Never call me back as I have been chasing them like crazy. One of the three men hired did practically nothing except talk all day, even the other two workers complained about him constantly. The other workers even told me that no one liked working with the driver as he was lazy and they admitted that I would end up paying too much for our move due to his work ethic (or lack of). Paid $1,400 for a move that should never have cost so much. Still do not have a receipt as proof of payment (I have requested one many times), though I do have a picture of the driver who made a fan out of all the 20 dollar bills we paid with. Do not waste your time with this company, choose anyone else!!!
