ROSE the new clerk in that clinic is very very rude! i phone and asked if i can have a phone appointment because i am covid positive, i told her i only need a prescription for my asthma. She told me, we don't do phone appointment, you have to come to the clinic if i am negative, i told her again, i only need a prescription for my asthma, we all know asthma is very bad if you have covid! she insisted NO! i said please just ask the doctor and if he says no, then no!

Dr Shukla is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. The medical staff are always warm and welcoming, as well. Thank you all for everything.

Took my son there after he jumped through a glass table to make sure there was no glass in his cuts and to get him properly cleaned. Dr looked at it said he needed to be cleaned up and bandaged and he’d be fine. Nurse cleaned him up and said the same thing. Today we pulled out a huge piece of glass out of his leg. How a dr didn’t see it? I don’t know. Drs and nurses don’t care as much as they should. Maybe consider a different profession.

I too went to this clinic and received really half hearted medical treatment. Personally, I will not go back, the doctor seemed... unsure to me.

I went to the clinic to have a check up cause I'm having allergic reactions from the hair dye. But then this doctor from this clinic, never actually did a good check up for me. HE just stared at me and checked my throat but never did ask anything else. He just told me it's a virus from my throat and the hairdye just reacted. He gave me prescription but got worse the next day. I felt really mad, i dont think he is willing to help me. I went to RUH then they said it was really from the hairdye and gave me anitbiotics. Please don't waste your time going there for check ups. Unfriendly medical assistant too. She was giving me attitude when I came.
