The home depot staff has been guiding us through our renovation project for the past two months. They have helped us choosing the right tools and materials, wether we would buy or rent. They worked with us on how to tackle plumbing, electrical,... They are really great with returns if something does not work out or you bought too much of something, you can rent their van for $20 to take the larger stuff home... Great service! Keil at the Enterprise location in Kelowna gave incredible customer service. Although he was in the paint section he totally up sold us in the plant section with his knowledge and love of plants. He is an incredible person and my friends and I will be back because of him!! Also we would love to see him in the plant section more.. hint hint.. :D

There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .

Thanks for your excellent service Sometimes staff needs to hear that. It is easy to complain, and some people do it like there is a reward for it. Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer.
