We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... Been dealing with Jackson Pool for 10 yrs. Always ready to help with any concerns or questions. Prices are competitive. I had them come check if I need a new liner a few yrs ago,was told I was fine for a few more yrs. Had rechecked again last yr and was told there was still life in my liner and no need to replace. This is in part thxs to their recommendations on maintaining my chemical balances and my upkeep of the pool. I love they haven't tried to upsell ahead of time.

Had my pool closed the other days by the Pool Store. Trevor and his partner did a very good job. They answered all my questions regarding the closing and solved all the problems that came along during the process of closing. I am recommending the team to anyone who is closing/opening the poll. They also installed the liner back in June and had no complains at that time either . Good job!
