I love this restaurant. Whether you go for lunch or dinner you can always be guaranteed a wonderful meal. The new owners have added a few new dishes to the menu and I have to say, the service is friendlier than it used to be under the previous owners. I had the caesar salad (the dressing is amazing) and baked penne which was cooked perfectly (al dente). There was no room for dessert but the crepes sounded fantastic.

My friends and I went for a late lunch, we thought that we would make "do" with whatever they had left over, we were kind of lingering at the bar, because we didnt want to seem obtrusive...However we were warmly welcomed and encouraged to sit at a table, clean & spottless after which our server came to us with menus, water, & suggestions!! we ordered the margerhita pizza, caesar salad with chicken & an order of bruschetta...the food was served to us by a very gracious man, whom we later found out was the owner!! How refreshing was that, the other guests, patrons, regualars & staff went about their business & gave us the utmost attention, felt like we went to an old friends house for lunch, gave us all a feeling of warmness, & we felt connected to everyone!!!!!! I love this place!! will be going back for dinner very soon !!!

WOW!!!! My party and I were impressed.
I have had the pleasure of a couple of Friday night specials and I will be back. The polenta & duck with spaghetti alla chitarra, rapini, mixed rucula salad, focaccia and desert were a dining experience on par with some of Italy's finest restaurants I've had the pleasure to enjoy. My 5 star rating is for the food and service. Romero's isn't a fancy place but the food is delicious Authentic Italian made from scratch. Great value for a delicious meal. The service is excellent too. You may need to request your red wine be chilled for a few minutes. It was a warmer than ideal temp.

I had a wonderful server, she was polite, and knew how to add that little something to make my day. The best server is Hailey. She was prompt with bring out the food and drinks. With out being to prying she discovered that I was down about spending my birthday alone. She gathered her team mates and sang me happy birthday. Now I am not saying everyone likes to be sang to on their day; but Haily knew what to do. I am a big fan of East Side Merios.

I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done.
