This place has the best egg rolls I've eaten in Vancouver. I've been ordering take-out from here for many years, it's not so much a dine-in restaurant. You get the feeling that this restaurant might be good judging by the line-up of people waiting for a table. We went on warm weekend evening so did have to wait to get a spot on the patio, but it was worth it. The service was excellent despite the restaurant being so busy.
