I was very reluctant to take my truck here based on some of the reviews. But being an out of town Freightlliner owner where else do I go? Well I can say my service experience was excellent! For such a large shop I still felt like a somebody.
The lady that help me at the counter was very polite and professional. The service manager was very knowledgeable. When I was asking questions about the required repairs on my truck, he was more that happy to take the time explain everything. Great job
Worst communication and staff I have ever Delt with in my life!!!! Never again will I buy a freight liner!! Service management is rude they lie there inconsiderate they tell you your trucks being in being worked on when no one is even pulled into the shop. They call you back and tell you after it being in their shop for 10 to 12 hrs. that they can get it in today come pick up your truck after you put your truck down from work for the day to get work done on the scheduled appointment.
I would suggest new buyers to Check again if they are getting what they have paid for on the day of delivery. Just three weeks ago I’ve purchased a 2019 Cascadia from this location I did not negotiate for a single dollar every required document was provided to them. When I got the delivery of the truck it was already driven 4200 km. Yet I was not given any kind of a discount.
The service here is a textbook case study on how NOT to do business..
Lies, overpriced, massively over promising and grossly under delivered...
Go someplace else!!!
