I went through the drive through today during my lunch break. I’m new to the area and unfamiliar with the drive through, and realized that
I hadn’t ordered when I got to the window. When I got there, the 2 girls at the window were laughing and chatting. I politely explained that I didn’t order yet and asked if I can order my XL dbl dbl now. The one girl said “sorry you can’t, you’ll have to go around a place your order, and then come back to the window”. I was a little shock by what she was say
I think the place is understaffed. Food is always overflowing out of the garbage bins, peoples dirty plates dont get taken away very quickly and theres bits of paper and napkins everywhere.
When there isnt a rush, the people here are so much more kind and less stressed.
More people are definitely needed during their peak times to keep customers coming.
Food quality is fine
This restaurant is the worst . I don’t know why I countinue to go there. Every time I go through the drive thru my order is wrong and the staff throw everything at you so fast and they never give you a receipt.
After years of going to this tim hortons i can say their customer service has been great but their staff have made my coffee wrong more than right. I will not be going to it anymore
