Very bad customer service. Never able to get a hold to anyone. I had an appointment, left my car all day, tried to call them back to know if my car is ready, Called over 5 times, spoke to 3-4 different people but they would always send me to a voicemail. Had to show up there to find out no one was aware they had my keys/car. Trying to get another appointment after a couple weeks and same thing, the girl who answers the phone doesn’t even wanna listen to me and transfer me to a voicemail.
