Stay away this company doesnt care about their customers or there belongings had a horrific experience with them.Greg in Edmonton is a terrible person to deal with do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your work

Dealing with this company is like talking to a brick wall. The management have a complete lack of professionalism and inability to communicate. I would suggest that you consider another company with the repairs to your home or business.

Stay Away!

Over a period of several months (for a relatively small amount of work) Belfor was absolutely useless. Belfor provided no oversight, scheduling, or quality control. I had to deal directly with the company that actually did the work. Over the whole span of the repair, Belfor did three things: 1) Sent out an estimator 2) Made a single call to the company that actually did the work. 3) Defended why they should be paid at all when I asked what value they were providing, given that I ended up co-ordinating the work myself. The company Belfor hired did good enough work, but are apparently blissfully ignorant of what calendars, watches, and phones are for. Belfor did NOTHING to help the situation. Luckily for Belfor, it was insurance work that was being done. If I had been paying directly, I would have refused to pay. I gave one star because there is no option to give no stars. Take my advice and stay away from these jokers.
