I have been messaging this clinic a few times now, you think they would at least be polite. Their fax line keeps calling our home phone, last night started at about 1:20am, woke us all up. We are tired of all this nonsense, wish they would listen and take our number off their list!!!!!!
Receptionists are rude and unfriendly. They should learn some business manners especially in the medical business where clients require empathy and recognition of their unfortunate situation. There is a program to help those to learn 'friendliness' in customer service. I advise all staff facing the public to take it.
Every time I come here I ask for an estimated wait time. And its alas s a lie. Today for example I was informed the it will only be 10-15min. Almost 2 hours later I'm still waiting for a doctor to see me.
