Clearwater Specialist Center

The specialist there seem to have a problem respecting their patients. They have no regard whatsoever about respecting scheduled appointments, whether in person or by phone. Evidently, because they are "Specialists", they are above all. Well, not in my book. Any physician who treats their patients like crap, are not "SPECIAL!"

The one rude, unprofessional & incompetent front staff girl. she should be embarrassed and ashamed of herself!! I walked out of there because of her and will never go back!!

I seen a doctor here who prescribed additional out of office treatment. That place didn't have available hours for people who work mon-Fri. I called To get a different referral. Doctor was out of office and no one else could assist me. Called when he was suppose to be back (3weeks later) and he had left the office already and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks. When someone is required to see a specialist it's often for a severe issue. Ridiculous customer service and no assistance was provided. I wouldn't trust them with my health concerns and will never go back to that office.
