Need A Plumber Canada

They installed a kitchen sink faucet + tube that cost $830 but this faucet has a too short spout that caused me to stretch my arms and it hurts, also, it keeps spilling. I called them 4 times and were told every time some one would contact, but so far no one has. Seems to me they just grabbed my money and ran...once they successfully sold their over-priced product. Same faucet sold at Canadian Tire at $140!

Called for clogged toilet...technicians showed up and immediately started to try to upsell me...every thing they did was for an additional fee and they repeatedly told me to just buy a new toilet off their truck for $400+. I refused, and ended up paying $460 for 10-min fix. Within days, the wax seal that they had replaced began to leak and when I called for service, was told that I'd have to pay again. Manager won't return calls. Terrible work, overpriced, unhelpful service.

Love these guys, would highly reccomend.

Horrible company

I waited from 4::00 untill 10:00 for them to show up. I received at 6:00 saying they would be late. I received another call they said they would show up at 7:00 am the following day. I received a call at 8:00 and they said they wouldn't make it untill the evening. So I missed a days work and got up at 6 am the next day just to find out they weren't coming. Anyone would be extremely annoyed. Worst company I've ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with the service that I got from this company. In fact, I would not even call it service! I waited for a whole day for someone to show up for my 8AM appointment. Had to rebook. Problems with technician. Leak was not fixed. Called to rebook. Asked for 8-10 am appointment. No one showed by 3PM. rebooked again. Finally technician showed by. Demanded to see paper invoice. Otherwise would treat it as a new call. Fixed the problem.I complained to management.offer20% discount
